1. It was not totally clean when I came in and they never checked the mini bar prior to my stay, I got interrupted when I was in the shower and told them to come ac (they never did).

4. When we pay a bit of a premium in rate, I expect a clean room, high level of service and a more refined crowd, particularly because the travelers usually self-select themselves out of hotels they think are 'too trendy for their tastes.

5. I came on thursday night (2am of friday) starving after a flight from LA, dont't ever think you can eat here because not only the grill was getting clean, I was told my burger would have had an hour delay and wasn't offered not even a salad.
