1. We hand the keys to the valet and start to schlep out luggage past the crowd, as we enter the door the blaring music hits the sleepy kids like a double latte.

4. We are not huge TV people, but the kids like to wind down with a cartoon or two at the end of the day.

5. Perhaps they were not all guests, but it was crowded to the point where it seemed like the W had an excess of non-guests crowding out the paying guests.

10. Neat rooftop bar that seemed like popular nightlife, but even the collection of outside people waiting in the lobby to use the elevator to get there didn't bother us.
