1. Even when someone wanted a picture with the city in the background (amazing view) they got 'the bartender might be able to help with that'.

3. we were largely ignored in the lobby (I'm sure due to our appearance) and when we finally got someone's attention to check in, they couldn't help us onto the elevator fast enough.

5. Room was cramped, the bed was small, and the front desk staff seemed annoyed to help even though I waited in line for 30mins just to check in.
