1. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC - for the wonderful staff and the great rooms and location.

2. The lady who gave us a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite with a lot of difficulty with the computer system since the reservation transfer from L'Enfant was restrictive was just absolutely wonderful - her name was Tahira.
