2. The room was a little dated and sofa bed wasn't that comfortable (according to kids), but it was very spacious with small kitchen.

3. The rooms are good, queen bed are spacious, the kitchen is small (2 chairs only) but completely equiped: fridge, microwave + over, 2 electrical 'burners', plates, cutlerly, pans, even cloth to dry dished and manual dish washing liquid.
