6. + close to many things, friendly & helpful staff, free drinks & nibbles in the afternoon, $10 mini bar voucher, free wifi, lovely rooms, free dry dog food & water bowl- not their fault but as dalai lama's event was oppositie it was super busy and many people sitting on hotel steps so couldn't use alternate exits, mini bar items not so freshlavish and comfortable rooms with funky decor.

8. Its somewhat funky as its an old building wrapping around a courtyard, but they have spruced up the room, and the high ceiling are a nice counterbalance to the smallish rooms.
