6. FINAL NOTESThe front desk will say that they did not know about the traps which may be true, but between the cleaning crew and the extermination company someone had to know and someone had to approve this.

9. We would find random wash cloths left on the floor after returning from a long day, the bathroom was not spotless, and cleaning times are not convenient (one time they came at 8 am and another time at 5 pm).

10. After lunch we took nap and then showered and when we came back to room that night, bed was still messed up, which didn't realty matter, however, we had a stack of about 6 clean towels, bundled with string, literally thrown across our bed.
