1. -Overall the hotel is clean the way a teenager cleans their room - at first glance all is well until you begin really looking and you notice baseboards and less used furniture could use a really good dusting.

2. -The front desk was helpful and courteous; Check-in was quick and easy-Location is great - a block from the GWU metro; although it is a good 15 minute walk to Georgetown and the White House, it is only 2-3 streets and doesn't feel like that long-Starbuck's and tea always free and available in the lobby is a nice touch-Beds are comfortableWhy You May Consider Somewhere Else:-For a room of that size, the bathroom is very small.

5. As another reviewer commented, my refrigerator was VERY noisy so it was a good thing the bedroom had a door.

6. At check-in the desk staff was very helpful, they had several restaurant recommendations and menus, including the Notti Bianche across the street which was pretty good.

8. The fridge provided is extremely noisy so it's a good job there is a door to the bedroom or sleeping could be a problem.
