6. Very convenient location to the foggy bottom metro but the staff not very attentive - every night we had to request extra towels - we stayed as a family of four and we were given 3 towels every day of our 6 night stay.

8. If it had not been for the fact that, in addition to the disgusting floors, my keycard did not work and the TV in the bedroom didn't work after 'maintenacne had left for the evening' I would not have brought these issues to the attention of the manager the following day.
