1. -The front desk was helpful and courteous; Check-in was quick and easy-Location is great - a block from the GWU metro; although it is a good 15 minute walk to Georgetown and the White House, it is only 2-3 streets and doesn't feel like that long-Starbuck's and tea always free and available in the lobby is a nice touch-Beds are comfortableWhy You May Consider Somewhere Else:-For a room of that size, the bathroom is very small.

2. We checked in late and it was done quickly and efficiently (got free internet and bottled water as we are Hilton Honors members, but no cookie - every other Doubletree I've ever stayed in offered warm chocolate chip cookies:) Consisted of a sitting room, modern kitchen, nice size bedroom and smallish bathroom.

5. To her credit, we were given free breakfast in bed for the whole ordeal, but I find their lack of organization and shortage of staff to be unacceptable for anything beyond a motel 6.
