1. Rooms a little shabby, very small lobby, TV is smaller old style tube TV (surprising given the cost of the room) had to pay for internet, no in-hotel breakfast, pool very small Neighborhood not very lively or fun, no place to eat close by (had to walk about 6 or 7 blocks to get to a restaurant).
