6. In my personal opinion, it's sincere touches like these that endear me to a business, in general, so that I would want to remain a customer in the future.

7. I work from home so I spent 48 full hours in the hotel and utalized many of the services (gym, pool, restaurants) and it felt like a home not an uptight stiff luxuary hotel.
