The hotel comped her facial which was nice but she would have rather had a good experience and paid for it rather than have a terrible
free
experience.

The best feature about this property is the SPA which has a relaxation room, a sauna, vapour, jacuzzi and pool,
free
of charge for guests, so if you like to relax after an exhausting day, the MO is the hotel for you.
