4. Another downside at the MO is that you don't feel the privacy and exclusivity you get at other Mandarin Oriental properties, mabye it is due to the big size of the hotel.

6. The bathroom is great - large glassed in shower, nice big tub, separate toilet area, nice sink area with all the storage you would want , nice robes no slippers, great toiletries - turndown service is a joke - bottle of water that's it.
