1. On the plus size, the executive room that we had was comfortable, the air conditioning responsive and cleaning was excellent.

4. It was great to see amazing atmosphere and buzz filtering through to the lobby, The Irish girl on check in was exceptionally accommodating and friendly and it was a much warmer welcome to the response I almost didnt get on email the day before (not sure why no one on the front desk responded.

5. This was by far the most comfortable hotel with the most attentive and responsive staff that we stayed in during a three week (and 5 hotel) holiday in New York, Boston and Washington DC.
