1. The staff and service were generally pleasant and efficient and, like the restaurant list, there were some good, thoughtful touches.

2. The hotel is modern and fresh and comfortable to walk into: the foyer is spacious but with enough comfortable seating to make it pleasant to wait in and nice details like the flower arrangements which were worth a look just in themselves and enhanced at night with candles.
