1. Room didn't get serviced yesterday despite me being out all day except between 3 & 445 & speaking to house keeping to let them know when I would be leaving.

2. The service the night of the event was exceptional: I had to change the seating arrangement slightly right before the event began, but they took care of everything quickly and were very friendly.

3. why bother giving guests the appearance of control then? Stayed in another Doyle hotel the next night outside of DC, and had SAME control system, except it wouldn't get below 75 in the room.
