1. Nice sized bathroom equipped with Crabtree & Evelyn mini that smelled great and plush towels.

I went to the front desk and complained about getting a smoking room instead of the non smoking room that I reserved and paid in full about a month in advance, the person in the front desk said that this room was “non smoking”, that the hotel was full and that was the only room they had available for me???, offering to send a housekeeping person to apply "refresher" to the room, which was useless to eliminate the strong tobacco smell.

7. When I checked in this hotel at late evening, they assigned me room 932 which, when we opened the door, had a very strong smell of tobacco and also had very dirty and worn out furniture.
