1. downsides inlcude poor shower pressure, parking (it's expensive unless you get lucky and find something on the street which we did) and a $12 internet charge.

5. the downsides were: 1) very very very slow and overcrowded elevators, 2) they charge you to connect to their wireless internet service (i know, other places do it too, but it's an unnecessary, offensive surcharge) and 3) there was no onsite parking availability so we had to park at another hotel (.

Here are the reasons we will return:Large 2 room suite (separate bedroom and TV for mom and dad)Very clean and well maintainedGreat all you can eat breakfast buffet in the morningCocktails, soda, and snacks in the eveningPool, exercise room, movies in the evening for the kidsFriendly staffRestaurant and room serviceVery safe locationThe only real downside would be that the hotel was having difficulties with their hot water system and I had two lukewarm showers.

9. The only downside is the parking - a bit costly at around $33 a night (but it is DC) and the spaces are VERY VERY tight.
