2. Downsides inlcude poor shower pressure, parking (it's expensive unless you get lucky and find something on the street which we did) and a $12 internet charge.

The hotel was packed with families with kids and its size combined with the 100% occupancy created all sorts of nuisances, partially due to poor organization by the hotel staff and partially due to the other guests and particularly their rowdy kids (full disclosure - my son is not yet old enough to annoy other guests).
