1. My issue isn't with the fact that there were kids, it's with the general lack of manners and instruction/reinforcement regarding what consitutes appropriate (indoor) public behavior.

The hotel itself looks nice, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, the staff is polite but dry, some even botherline passive-aggreasive, the breakfast lacks variety and can go as far as to say that they're quite stingy, the area is ok and the cleanliness was average, overall under-whelmed and would not return to this property which is a shame because I do enjoy most Embassy Suites.
