1. Apparently, once a customer leaves, there is no need to address the customer's needs even in a situation where the hotel messed up and deserved to reimburse the customer.

3. Why don`t they just say it`s $162 and stop messing with our minds??? That`s annoying) I think I got a better deal by talking to a human than by booking online (which is often the case, in my experience.
