4. My other complaints are: it took 3 days to get a working hairdryer, the nearby ice maker was out of service, the toilet seat was broken, and we came back to our room after being out of it all day to find it was never made up.

9. The bed was way to soft, our roof leaked, and in several instances we were quite dissappointed with the service we recieved ( crib delevery took over 24 hours, trying to book horse back riding, broken heater at pool, etc.

10. This room also needed some repairs (the curtain pull was broken, the light fixture above the bath needed to be fixed because the bulb was exposed, and there was mildew around the tub) but since it wasn`t as bad as the previous ones we took it.
