1. At 11:45 I called the front desk to complain.

2. In fact, when we complained about the shower head being too strong, they immediately replaced it and made sure that we were satisfied with the new shower head.

4. Other areas where a guest would probably not complain also show the need of maintenance; items like paint, worn screen doors, HVAC vents with obvious lint, etc.
