5. Outdoor courtyard service was EXTREMELY slow except for 1 night that we had Al (the tequila toast guy) he was AWESOME, best in the resort.

7. It is 1 hour and only about 1 mile at a slow pace while the guide gives you information about the desert and the area.

8. Service was slow on the deck due to under staffing, but he went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience (unlike the other pissed off wait staff who were taking out being super busy and getting tons of tips, btw, on us.
