1. The few downsides to this location were the under equipped fitness center for a hotel of its caliber, and the location.
"Fantastic amenities " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/6/2012 Vote
2. The only downside to the spa/fitness center is the age limitation - my 15 year old was not able to use the fitness center with a parent, which is quite strict in comparison to other JW Marriott properties.
"Excellent all-around resort during the holiday " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/2/2012 Vote
3. The only downside was that we had 'requested' two double beds, but we learned later that in order to 'reserve' the exact type of room we wanted, there was an extra charge, which they neglected to tell us about.
"Great for conventions or personal retreat " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/21/2011 Vote
4. The only downside was that there was only one sink in the bathroom.
"Beautiful Resort nestled in the Tucson mountains " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/14/2011 Vote
5. The only significant downside was that food on site was very pricey and the resort is isolated, so unless you have a car or want to spend lots of money on cabs, you need to pad your food budget.
"Overall, good conference hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/11/2011 Vote
6. The only downside was related to the service at restaurants at the resort.
"Beautiful place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/23/2010 Vote
7. The only downside was that the resort was hosting a few conventions that made the resort a bit busy.
"Relaxing family overnight "minivacation" " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/27/2009 Vote
8. On the downside, the front entrance valet attendants could have been more helpful with their directions to self-parking (we considered the valet parking fee to be exorbitant) and upon arrival the front desk receptionist could have been more welcoming.

9. The only small downside was they wanted to charg us $4 for a glass of milk for our son via oom service, but when we questioned this the girl at the front desk took this off with no hesitation.
"Lovely large hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/9/2007 Vote
10. On the downside, the front entrance valet attendants could have been more helpful with their directions to self-parking (we considered the valet parking fee to be exorbitant) and upon arrival the front desk receptionist could have been more welcoming.
