3. If I had to find one negative, it would be that the carpet in the room looked like it needed replacing - but everything else in the room was great.

6. We only experienced two negatives during our stay: 1st - We encountered two extremes with Restaurant service: when it was good (thankfully most of the time), it was Very good but when it was not (1 morning in particular) it was dreadful - and no explanation as to why.

9. The only negative about the spa is that if you are as relaxed and/or tired as we were, you have a couple flights of stairs to ascend before heading towards your room.
