1. 45pm again when we had retired to bed [the 8hour time difference and early mornings caught up at this point]The following morning my husband went to the desk to complain and was assured that this would not happen again, that evening turndown and water delivery were carried out as they should be.

2. As part of the package we were to have a nightly turndown service and receive 2 bottles of water but on our second evening here this didn't happen so my husband went to the desk to complain and was given 2 very small bottles of water.

3. after all, if you are going to spend your hard earned money, you should at least be recognized for it, no?) Oh, and how could anyone complain about the 6 pm tequila toast and enjoying the scenery from the cozy, comfy seating among the roaring fire pits on the Salud patio.

7. The music at the pool for two days in a row featured a Indian lady singing Indian chants with out instruments for hours - it was irritatingTo say the least and we were not the only family complaining.

8. I have never complained before about hotel issues because I do believe that things happen that are unavoidable but if this was a scheduled maintenance, the hotel made a very bad decision.

10. I can't complain about the room at all for the price we paid for them, but if I was staying there paying the 'normal' room rate I might expect a bit more.
