1. The property is indeed beautiful but somewhat inconvenient and charges you for everything.

We had a beautiful view from our hotel and the hotel itself is very nice, but it was just too inconvenient to do anything outside the resort (too far of a walk from the car to the room and too far of a drive from the hotel to hiking spots or restaurants in town), so we ended up switching the hotel after the first night.
