2. When I followed up with him, he said that they had had sick housekeeping staff (I guess he had never heard of casual staff to fill in for sick staff) and housekeeping was behind by a couple of hours.

5. I didn`t report it to the repair people because I am sick and tired of paying top dollar at places and having repair guys in and out of my room, but I left a comment on the comment card.

While the hotel did assure us that they had given us one of the best rooms on the top floor overlooking the sea I couldn`t help but feel physically sick that we had paid $425 per night for a hotel room that was no better and probably worse than the Radisson we later stayed at which was priced at $179 per night.
