1. The room smelled like it had just been painted and the odor was a bit strong but I'm guessing this will be a temporary problem.

4. The problem was we were on the 1st floor and someting happened in the room above us and water started pouring from the register and fire sprinkler in the ceiling of the bathroom and I was told by the front desk that something had happened to the toilet up stairs that caused the water coming out of the register & sprinkler.

5. We did have a problem during our stay of 3 days that I thought was going to be treated as an inconvenience and a reduction in the room fee.

6. They have a cafe and a coffee shop on site, we had an evening meal in the cafe, the service was quite poor, and the waiter had a problem understanding english.

7. I frequently rely on 'name' families -- Hilton, Marriot, Hyatt - for a certain degree of reliability in room comfort, becasu e I have back and neck problems, but this palce was on par and even exceeded in some ways.

8. He quickly assessed the problem and needed to call his supervisor for more direction, let us know he would get it fixed or talk to the front desk about other options.

10. The only problem was on the first night we were awakened by a loud drunk guest who had been locked out of her room and was yelling for someone to let her in.
