1. The front desk staff said they had received complaints before about the WIFI and that they would call the provider to see what could be done.

4. Our only complaint would be that the couple staying next door to us one night kept coming in and out of their room in the wee hours of the morning and were very loudly.

7. If I had any complaint, it was that the rooms were not well lit and could seem dark, but we are in the lighting business so I would notice that.

Our biggest complaints were the excuse for a fridge which was not even cool (the front desk told me it was only to keep things cool that had already been refrigerated but it wouldn`t even do that), the room needed painting badly, and the drapes needed some attention as the valance was literally falling apart.
