3. A call to the front desk brought their staff right away, and they fixed the problem within 20 minutes, but it makes me question why the cleaning staff wouldn`t have known prevously that the hot water was turned off on this wing of the hotel - were they only cleaning the rooms with cold water?The next problem was their fancy plasma tv, didn`t have a good picture and the sound was horrible.
