1. The musty smell that people complain about in the poor reviews comes from the ocean breezes and perhaps the carpet absorbing that.

4. I am surprised to see people complain about the decor, maybe we were lucky, but I loved the luxurious Mediterranean feel and I am fussy about interior design in hotels - it is not a boutique look, but that only feels right to me in a city.

5. When I complained for a THIRD TIME, even saying that they should only put early bird guests in that room, I was met w/ nothing more than a sorry look and a shrug.
