5. Had the "manager" atleast responded to my concerns, even if there is nothing she could have done to fix the problem, I would have felt like I mattered to them.

6. The problem is, my son stayed just a couple miles away at a chain motel with better amenities for $30 less per night.

7. Most of us had problems or some sort: rooms with no a/c, a room with one king bed instead of two queens, repairs that went unfixed (our bathroom sink fell off the wall on the second day of our stay and remained unfixed the entire time.

8. I asked to be on the first floor as I have problems with my knee and didnt want to injure myself more.

9. The televisions are all of the way across the large rooms from the bed and couch which is a problem because they are only about 14" and don't come with remotes -- the maintenance said it is because people steal them.

10. we had problems with phone not ringing in room but could call out and local calls are free--pool is hotel guests only after 6 pm.
