1. I really wanted to like this hotel and was willing to overlook most things, but I just couldn't overlook sanitary issues.

4. They changed transportation people, so they no longer shuttle to the zoo, but we had a car rental so no issues with that.

5. i wasnt staying in town for long so i didnt have the chance to resolve the issue by bringing the police into it and i just wanted to leave the ridiculous experience behind me.

6. The staff was unfriendly and when we reported teh problem, hotel manager Christelle Tachon stated the hotel didn`t consider cockroaches or broken ammenities major issues.
