1. The electrical was questionable, iron burns on the carpet, paint peeling, door drafts, completely disgusting bathroom fixtures (as in didn't look clean or taken care of), the pool was orange from mold in it, and the entire property looked pretty much in need of a complete tear down.

3. Front screen window was damaged, door locks where chintzy, power strip hanging off the wall, string hanging from closet to turn light on, small tvs with no remote (jeez), peeling paint in restrooms, torn shower curtain, broken shower head, mold in restroom.
