1. Security kept a close presence and we did have some complaints called on us but that was expected and we complied easily enough (no one wanted to be kicked out).

9. Pool was overcrowded, other guests not very courteous with respect to quiet hours and it persisted even after complaint, room was fair at best, poolside door did not latch which raised safety concerns for our property and child.
