3. The electrical was questionable, iron burns on the carpet, paint peeling, door drafts, completely disgusting bathroom fixtures (as in didn't look clean or taken care of), the pool was orange from mold in it, and the entire property looked pretty much in need of a complete tear down.

4. Also, for some reason in our one bed room there were two bathrooms, each equally disgusting with yellow stained tubs and blackened grout between the tiles.
