1. What I liked less is the unreliable slow internet connection, which could be improved a little and, the morning breakfast that was a bit messy, followed up sometimes by a rude personnel with problem with english comprehension.

4. Distance wasn't a problem as we were driving but no more than 15 mins to the old town by car, and free car parking at hotel was an added bonus after $30 a night in LA.

7. Management was asked about this and each night and he assured me the problem would be taken care of as you should only be able to enter with the secure room key.

8. We didn't encounter many other guests so we didn't have problems with noise, although I could hear the elevator going up and down although we were down the hall from it.
