6. - older appearance - fridge froze my food - bathroom fixtures rusting - bathroom floor not swept daily - smelly workout facilities with poor ventilation - housecleaning continued to remove my towels daily despite card stating if I hung them they would leave them to save extra laundry and therefore the environment.
