1. Staff are barely cordial - not overtly rude, just to the point where you know you are not being treated well, but can't complain because there is no particular stand out behavior you can point to.

7. I`m no complainer and usually suck it up, in fact this is the first online review I have ever done -- it was that bad and I just can`t stand to think of someone else going through this.
