1. My primary complaint is room cleanliness -- the bathroom, furniture, and who knows what else were unclean (hairs of previous guests, for instance).

3. The negative stuff is small: Top complaint is the connecting door between rooms - there is an inch of air space under the door and you can hear every shuffle of your neighbors feet as they scuffle across the room.
