1. Staff are barely cordial - not overtly rude, just to the point where you know you are not being treated well, but can't complain because there is no particular stand out behavior you can point to.

2. The hotel itself is well maintained with a newer, bright, modern decor in a quiet parklike setting (even though it's next to a small airport, the plane noise was barely noticable).

5. When I complained to the front desk their reply was ' did you have the window open'? (which I did not) The air conditioning barely cooled the room.
