3. Oh yah And the heater kept breaking and everytime we would call the front desk they would get mad at us as though it was our fault that their electric system was old and kept making the heater blow out.

4. ugly our shuttle driver had a chip on his shoulder and was mad that we did not tip him for the free ride to the airport and thur my grandson suitecase on the ground,even before he know if i was tipping or not.
