1. The water wasn't heating up hot at all on my most recent stay, which meant a cold shower, I tried it again 30 minutes later and it was working (a bit late)Walls are quite thin, I was woken up at midnight by my neighbors who had the most annoying laugh (especially at that time of night.

2. Nothing special, except that you could hear some type of seal or sea lion from our balcony (which some people might find annoying but we happened to enjoy).

Things you will find annoying: the laundry area that is a pretty long trek from the hotel, the possibly rabid raccoon that lives in the palm tree by the pool and washes its feet in the water every ten minutes and eats out of the garbage can, and the very severe prison shower head, and the credit card attachment on the 'house computer' that charges you for using it.

When I arrived there was a much older lady checking in, and was obviously, physically limited, the lady checking her in tried to put her in the old building which had no elevators on an upper floor, the lady checking her in seemed obviously annoyed that the lady said anything, asI checked in I confirmed I had a crib available, and she then tried to put me on an upper floor with no elevator, I explained, baby, stroller, and once again she seemed highly agitated someone made such a request.

7. I stayed at the Kona Kai Resort when I was on SD on business and I only suffered a bit in the morning as I wanted to sleep without a/c and the noise from the army base was annoying.

10. It is annoying that parking is an extra $15 a day and they don`t warn you about this, but it is really nice to park just outside the door of your building and not have to hastle with street parking or anything like that.
