1. What's the point of asking me to send my comments if there's no acknowledgement? An offer to refund me part of the cost of my room would've been nice, but not even an acknowledgement that my email was received? horrible.

2. This hotel is not horrible but if I had a choice, I would definitely stay at the Westin for sure.

3. (we felt horrible when we later found the bag in our room) The ONLY downsides were that the rooms were a little small, walls were paper thin, and the hotel was almost TOO trendy/stylish for our family with three young, energetic boys.
