1. We needed some help with working our DVD player and i assumed it was going to be a long difficult conversation, but the lady on the phone knew exactly what i was talking about and helped me so quickly.

2. There seems to bit of construction in progress on their second floor and their spa was either difficult for me to locate or temporarily out of service due to that construction (though I never got around to asking the front desk staff).

3. There are some nice touches like the wood blinds on the windows and the large flat screen television but it is difficult to use and blinks a huge red glow all night from a box on the back of the screen.
