1. Only complaint was that the spa was pretty overpriced in my mind, they wouldn't accept the coupon the front desk gave me on a spa special they were running, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

3. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was very low and the water temperature changes throughout your shower drastically.
