1. because we paid less than $100/night for our room, I cannot complain, but had we paid more, I'd expect complimentary parking for hotel guests.

2. We complained again at check out and were told that they would make a note of it, but no apology or anything - until my review and response to their survey when I was offered a free basic room for one night and a refund for $100 on our stay.
